Adroit Group is Urgently Hiring for Technical Managers - Land & Building for "NOIDA - Location"

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Inspection of Property Valuation (Commercial/ Residential / Industrial Etc), checking Built up area (temporary/ permanent separately), Plot area etc. done by Field Engineer.
2- Finalize valuation reports.
3- Analyse approved plans/Bye Laws and verify whether construction is as per approved plan/bye laws.
4- Person will be responsible for the quality of valuation reports & estimated market values.
5- Resolve queries of the clients regarding valuation reports.
6- Adhere to banks- Risk/credit/technical team’s guidelines.
7- Utilize strategically methodologies for project appraisal.

KEY SKILLS:

1. Candidate should have relevant knowledge of Property Valuation
2. Technical & functional expertise
3. Strong analytical skills & rich experience conceptualizing financial
strategy

• EXPERIENCE: 3-8 years+ (Candidates having relevant experience in real estate mortgage valuation is desired)
• EDUCATION: B.tech - Civil/B.E.- Civil or M.tech- Civil/M.E.- Civi
• REMUNERATION: Best in the industry.
