Job Description
Role Summary
The position provides primary support (techno-commercial & service provider) to co. management on Greenfield & running plant construction & related activities.
Role responsibilities
The position assures the cost-effective planning, coordination and realization of the plant civil construction.
Changes to plant Civil construction according to the needs of project/ plant/ products, including the infrastructure Maintenance on the plant premises
It also assures the planning and realization of projects for the supply of the production area with all kinds of utilities (sewage, freshwater & cooling water)
Coordination between companies and departments, local construction site management and deadline monitoring supervision of the compliance to quality standards.
Initiating the approval of professional departments.
Representation of the area of responsibility in internal working parties. Coordination and supervision of resulting activities and tasks.
Transfer of professional guidelines into orders to contractors, especially personal, product liabilities, quality, productivity and costs, safety and environmental protection including supervision of compliance to these orders.
Ensure that spare parts inventory consumable inventory is up to date and stored properly.
Supervision of compliance with the safety regulations and removal of accident hazards within the sphere of responsibility. Deciding on all measures concerning job safety according to given rules, standards and laws.
Carry out any job allotted by superiors and as per organizational needs.
