Eligibility Criteria
Educational qualifications
Candidates must hold the educational qualification specified for the position being applied for. All degrees and professional qualifications must have been obtained from recognised universities or institutions.
Qualifications completed through Open and Distance Learning or online mode will be accepted only when the programme and institution were recognised by the UGC, AICTE, Distance Education Bureau or another competent statutory authority during the relevant period.

Verka Milkfed Salary and Probation
Selected candidates will initially be appointed on probation for two years. The probation period may be extended by the appointing authority according to the applicable rules.
During probation, candidates will receive the minimum basic pay of the post, stated in the notification as ₹56,100 per month, after statutory deductions. Regular allowances will generally not be payable during probation, except for travelling and mobile allowances as applicable.
After satisfactory completion of probation and regularisation, the employee will become eligible for the regular pay scale and admissible allowances under Milkfed service rules.
Selection Process
Selection for the Milkfed Punjab Deputy Manager posts will be based on a combination of:
- Written examination: 80% weightage
- Relevant work experience: Maximum 20 marks
The written examination will be conducted in Chandigarh. It will be a two-hour examination containing 100 multiple-choice questions for a total of 100 marks.
There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer. The examination will generally be conducted in English, except for questions assessing Punjabi language proficiency.
