Mandatory Points:
1) Experience in finishing
2) Should be consistent from start to the handover of flats.
3) Experience from roadways, dams, irrigation, power plants and commercial buildings will not be considered.
4) Able to get contractors and coordinate with them.
Job Description:
- Monitoring project with respect to budget cost, demand forecasts, to ensure timely execution of projects
- Coordinating meeting with contractors for review of progress and site issue
- Ensuring of construction quality system through quality team & ensuring the compliance
- Conduct regular site review meetings with sub-contractors and CM team
- Execution/ Supervision of finishing works such as Block work, Plastering, waterproofing, dadoing, Flooring (Marble, Granite, Kota & tiling), False ceiling (Gypsum Board ceiling and Grid ceiling), Painting works (Putty, Emulsion paint, Enamel paint, OBD), Carpentry works, Shower cubicles, Modular kitchen, Wooden flooring and other miscellaneous works
- Identification of any lapses, recording observations, escalating to the next level, co-coordinating with site team to early resolutions/rectification of the same.
- Issuing of required materials to vendors from stores.
- Coordination with Planning, MEP, Quality, Safety, Glazing, Landscaping, Quantity survey, contracts, Stores and Procurement departments.
- Verification and certification of contractor’s submitted RA Bills.
- Verification of free issued materials and Reconciliation statement preparation.Coordination with the marketing department for flats final handed over to customers.
- Ensuring Timely completion of the assignments.
- Reconciliation of materials based on billed Quantities received and Consumed Construction Materials for the projects.
- Ensuring the maximum utilization of tools and plants, man powers and Identification of if any ideal of manpower’s, tools and plants construction Materials must be well organized and utilized with as per requirement for ongoing constructions projects.
- Ensuring the Quality control with required system and procedures with full care of cost control for the construction of ongoing projects.
Experience: 7 to 10 Years
Qualification: BE/BTECH

Salary: 6 to 10 Lakhs Per Annum
