2. Site investigation, preparing logistics plan, Bulk materials source nearby and, attending pre-bid meetings & seeking clarifications from clients.
3. Prepare tender presentation, Review contractual conditions, and risk analysis.
4. Preparing detailed rate analysis and quantity estimate for multiple projects per the Tenders.
