Kalpataru is hiring experienced professionals for multiple positions in the UAE for Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Projects. This is a valuable opportunity for candidates with strong experience in WWTP, STP, water-retaining structures, civil infrastructure, HSE, QA/QC, procurement, permits, project administration, and UAE government coordination.
The company is looking for professionals with mandatory prior experience in UAE projects, especially in water and wastewater infrastructure. Candidates with Gulf experience, strong technical skills, and relevant certifications will be preferred.

Open Positions
1. Admin In Charge – Immediate Joiner
Candidates should have around 10 years of administration experience, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region. Strong coordination and project administration skills are required.
2. Construction Manager
Applicants should have around 15 years of experience in water-retaining structures, WWTP/STP projects, and civil infrastructure works. BE Civil qualification and UAE/Gulf experience are mandatory.
3. Permit Coordinator – Immediate Joiner
Candidates must have around 10 years of experience in handling UAE government approvals. Arabic-speaking ability is mandatory, and Ajman/UAE experience is required.
4. PRO – Public Relations Officer
Applicants should have around 10 years of UAE experience in government liaison and HR compliance. Strong knowledge of labour laws and Arabic-speaking ability are mandatory.
5. Safety Officers – 2 Positions
Candidates should have 10–12 years of HSE experience in civil, WWTP, or STP projects. NEBOSH certification and UAE/Gulf experience are mandatory.
6. QA/QC Engineers – 2 Positions
Applicants should have around 15 years of experience in water infrastructure construction. BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering and UAE/Gulf experience are mandatory.
7. Procurement Specialists – 2 Positions
Candidates should have around 10 years of UAE procurement experience, especially in civil materials. A strong vendor network is required, and SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
