This is a strong opportunity for candidates with experience in MEP construction, engineering coordination, BIM, quantity surveying, civil technical works, and data centre project execution.
Preference will be given to candidates currently located in Egypt.

- MEP Construction Manager
- Engineers

- Civil Technical Engineer / Quantity Surveying Engineer
Role-Wise Requirements
1. MEP Construction Manager
Experience:
Large-scale construction project experience. Data Centre project experience is mandatory.
Qualification:
Electrical Engineering preferred.
Required Skills:
MEP coordination, site execution, leadership, and project management.
Location:
Port Said and Sharm El-Sheikh
2. Engineers
Open Disciplines:
Electrical Engineer, MEP Engineer, ELV Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and T&C Engineer.
Experience:
4+ years. Data Centre experience preferred.
Qualification:
Engineering degree.
Required Skills:
AutoCAD, Revit advantage, and technical coordination.
Location:
Port Said and Sharm El-Sheikh
3. BIM Engineers
Experience:
5+ years in BIM. Data Centre experience preferred.
Qualification:
Architecture or Engineering degree.
Required Skills:
Autodesk Revit, clash detection, and BIM coordination.
Location:
Main Office, Smart Village, Giza
4. Civil Technical Engineer / Quantity Surveying Engineer
Experience:
3+ years in Technical Office and Quantity Surveying.
Qualification:
Civil Engineering.
Required Skills:
BOQs, quantity take-offs, shop drawings, AutoCAD, and Revit.
Location:
Port Said and Sharm El-Sheikh
