1) Team Leader cum Eco-Tourism Expert
Qualification:
Postgraduate in Tourism Management / Natural Resource Management / MBA (Infrastructure/Finance) / Master’s in Architecture / Planning or equivalent
Experience Required:
12 years
Preferred Experience:
Experience in eco-tourism and sustainable tourism planning, development, and management. Candidates should have handled a minimum of three assignments in the domain.
2) Architect cum Planner
Qualification:
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Architecture / Urban Planning / Landscape Architecture
Experience Required:
8 years
Preferred Experience:
Experience in tourism infrastructure planning and/or eco-resort design.
3) Financial Expert
Qualification:
MBA (Finance) / Master’s in Financial Management (MFM) / CA / CFA or equivalent
Experience Required:
8 years
Preferred Experience:
Experience in financial analysis, PPP advisory, or infrastructure project finance.
4) Procurement Expert
Qualification:
Bachelor’s in Engineering / Law / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
Experience Required:
8 years
Preferred Experience:
Experience in public procurement and contract management.
5) Project Associate (Monitoring Associate)
Qualification:
Graduate in Engineering / Planning / Management / Eco-Tourism
Experience Required:
5 years
Preferred Experience:
Experience in project monitoring or eco-tourism implementation.
