Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Ltd. has announced multiple career opportunities for experienced professionals in GIS, CAD engineering and urban planning.
The selected professionals will contribute to the Preparation of Town Planning Scheme(s) for Multiple Greenfield Satellite Townships in Bihar. The opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience in geospatial mapping, civil drafting, infrastructure drawings, master planning and town planning schemes.

1. GIS Engineer
Number of positions: 3
Job location: Pune
Experience required: 2–3 years
Key skills and requirements
Candidates should have practical experience in:
- ArcGIS or QGIS
- GIS mapping
- Spatial data analysis
- Geospatial data management
- Preparation and interpretation of digital maps
Professionals with experience supporting infrastructure, urban development or town planning projects may be particularly suitable for this role.
2. CAD Engineer
Number of positions: 3
Job location: Patna
Experience required: 2–3 years
Key skills and requirements
Applicants should possess experience in:
- AutoCAD
- Civil drafting
- Infrastructure drawings
- Preparation of technical layouts
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Candidates should be capable of producing accurate drawings and supporting multidisciplinary planning and infrastructure teams.
3. Urban Planner
Number of positions: 2
Job location: Patna
Experience required: 5 years or more
Educational qualification
Applicants should possess a graduate or postgraduate qualification in Urban Planning or a closely related discipline.
Key skills and requirements
Relevant experience should include:
- Master planning
- Urban planning
- Town planning schemes
- Greenfield township development
- Urban infrastructure planning
- Preparation of planning reports and layouts
Experience working on large-scale township, regional planning or public infrastructure projects will be valuable.
