National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Government of India Navratna enterprise under the Ministry of Mines, has released Advertisement No. 10260213 dated 14 May 2026 for the recruitment of Non-Executive Personnel at its Mines & Refinery Complex, Damanjodi. The recruitment drive offers multiple opportunities for ITI, Diploma, and B.Sc. qualified candidates across Operator, Mining Mate, Junior Foreman, SUPT/JOT, Technician, Laboratory, Electrical, Fitter, and Instrumentation roles. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official NALCO website from 21 May 2026, and the last date for online application submission and fee payment is 10 June 2026. Selection will be based on a Computer Based Test and Trade Test, wherever applicable.

Pay Scale: Rs. 29500–3%–70000

Upper Age Limit: 35 years
Minimum Qualification: 10th with ITI of 2 years duration in Mechanic Motor Vehicle / MMV Trade or 1 year duration in Diesel Mechanic Trade and should possess Apprenticeship Certificate in MMV or Diesel Mechanic Trade. Heavy vehicle driving license is required. First aid training certificate is desirable.
Experience: 2 years work experience in relevant field.

2. Mining Mate Gr. II

Grade: T0 Grade
Pay Scale: Rs. 29500–3%–70000
Total Posts: 21
Category: UR – 8, EWS – 2, OBC(NCL) – 3, SC – 3, ST – 5
Upper Age Limit: 35 years
Minimum Qualification: 10th with valid Mining Mate Certificate of Competency restricted to open cast metalliferous mines issued by DGMS. First aid certificate preferable.
Experience: 2 years work experience in relevant field.

3. Jr. Foreman Mines

Grade: S0 Grade
Pay Scale: Rs. 36500–3%–115000

Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Mining / Mining Engineering with valid Mining Foreman Certificate of Competency restricted to opencast metalliferous mines issued by DGMS.

Pay Scale: Rs. 36500–3%–115000

Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering full-time regular course from a recognized university/institution. Candidate must possess valid Supervisory Certificate of Competency issued by Electrical Licensing Board, Odisha covering mining installations.

5. SUPT/JOT Operator
