Note: Candidates shall ensure that they fulfil all the educational and experience requirements. Candidates
not meeting the requirements will not be considered. Depending on the number of candidates, interviews
may be held up to 08.00 p.m. and if required, on the next day. Candidates who have registered online and
reports with print out bearing valid registration number will only be considered. Candidates who have not
submitted their online application will not be entertained.
Application Process (Mandatory)
- STEP 1: Eligible candidates need to apply through on-line registration system on EIL website. To apply visit the career link in EIL website i.e http://www.engineersindia.com
- STEP 2: Read CAREFULLY all the instructions given on the website.
- STEP 3: Fill in the online form with all the relevant correct details. While filling the percentage of marks in the application, please round off percentage of marks to lower whole number e.g. for 60.9 , write 60 . Please round off CGPA to the lower decimal e.g. for 6.95, write 6.9
- STEP 4: The candidate before starting online registration should keep the properly scanned copies (readable form), of the following documents / certificates ready for uploading during registration of application:
a) Latest Passport size colour photograph in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 75 KB size
b) Signature in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 25 KB size - STEP 5: The candidates are not required to send the print out of the registered application form filled on line. They need to take the printout of the application form (6 copies), affix colour photograph and bring
the same while reporting for walk in interview. - STEP 6: The cut-off date of post-qualification relevant experience and upper age is 31.05.2026.
Documents Required at Interview
- 6 Copies of duly filled in and submitted online application form with recent colour photograph affixed.
- Following documents in original:
a) A valid photo identity issued by Govt. of India (Driving License/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Voter ID/ Aadhar Card)
b) Date of Birth – Matriculation / Class X certificate / Birth Certificate
c) Certificates of educational qualifications – Matriculation/ Class X/ HSC/ Degree /Post Graduation Mark Sheets and Passing Certificates of all Semesters/ Years. - Proof of Norms adopted by University/ Institute to convert CGPA/OGPA/CPI or letter grade in a qualifying
degree. In case, the candidate is not able to produce the documentary proof/ certificate to this effect
from the Institute/University in support of the percentage marks entered at the time of interview, the
percentage will be calculated as per the table given below and eligibility of the candidate for appearing in
interview shall be established accordingly: - Experience Certificates for all the experiences declared in application in original. The certificates should clearly indicate the date of joining, date of separation and nature of works handled.
- In addition to the Experience Certificate, on demand, the candidates shall also produce further documents like offer letter, confirmation order, pay slips, PF statement, ESI Card, Bank Statement, etc., to substantiate the employment.
