Qualification
Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering. Post Graduate in Chemistry, Degree/ Diploma in Materials Management preferred) Additional Degree/ Diploma in Management will be preferred.
Experience
Minimum 18 years experience in different levels of management out of which 5 years in a similar senior managerial position in the cement industry
Minimum 13 years experience in a process plant, out of which 5 years in a senior managerial position in Cement Industry
Minimum 13 years experience in erection, operation, and maintenance of Machinery, out of which at least 5 years in Cement Manufacturing Unit
Minimum 13 years experience out of which 5 years in a senior capacity, in charge of quality control in a large Cement Industry
Minimum 13 years experience out of which 5 years in a senior capacity in effecting purchases of large equipment and machineries, spares consumables etc.
Minimum 15 years experience in Erection, operation and maintenance of substation and all types of Heavy Electrical Equipments. Knowledge in the area of Instrumentation/ Electronics preferred. Experience in Cement manufacturing will be an added advantage.
