1. Senior Quality Assurance Manager — QAM

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading quality systems, maintaining compliance, improving inspection processes, and ensuring that every product meets buyer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve pre-production samples, tech packs, trim cards, and quality requirements before production begins. Monitor fabric inspection, GSM, shrinkage, shade consistency, trims, and accessories before bulk production. Lead quality control teams and ensure strong in-line, end-line, and final inspection systems. Maintain compliance with buyer quality standards, AQL requirements, and internal quality procedures. Prepare quality reports, analyze defect trends, and implement corrective actions to reduce rework and rejection. Train production and quality teams on inspection methods, quality standards, and process improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Candidates should have strong garment quality assurance experience, leadership ability, sound knowledge of apparel production, fabric inspection, buyer compliance, and quality management systems.

2. Junior Quality Controller — QC

The Junior Quality Controller will support the quality team by inspecting products, identifying defects, maintaining inspection records, and ensuring that production follows approved quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fabric, trim, in-line, and end-line inspections as per quality requirements. Identify stitching defects, measurement issues, fabric faults, finishing problems, and packing-related quality concerns. Support senior quality professionals in maintaining inspection reports and defect analysis records. Ensure products are manufactured as per approved samples, buyer specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues on time.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Candidates should have practical knowledge of garment inspection, sewing techniques, fabric properties, AQL standards, and production quality checking. Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset are essential.

3. Junior Merchandizer

The Junior Merchandizer will assist in order planning, sample follow-up, coordination, documentation, and communication between production, quality, stores, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and follow-up of orders from sampling to shipment. Coordinate with production, quality, store, and other departments to ensure timely delivery. Follow up on sample development, approvals, corrections, and revisions. Track order status and maintain critical path timelines. Prepare and maintain order documentation, reports, and internal communication records. Support senior merchandisers in day-to-day merchandising operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Candidates with 0–2 years of merchandising experience can apply. Freshers with relevant textile, fashion, or apparel education and strong coordination skills may also be considered.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for these roles should preferably have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, Garment Technology, Quality Management, Merchandising, or a related field.

For QAM and QC roles, candidates should have experience in garment quality assurance, quality control, fabric inspection, production quality, buyer compliance, AQL standards, and quality reporting. For Junior Merchandizer, candidates should have good coordination skills, documentation ability, and basic understanding of garment production and order follow-up.

Skills Required

Strong understanding of fabric properties, garment construction, sewing methods, apparel production processes, quality control systems, and buyer requirements. Candidates should also have good communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, team coordination skills, and a professional work attitude.
