Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- NDT, NVQ, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Construction Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality control procedures, and site safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in coordinating labour teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
The role also involves coordinating with architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
