Eligible Indian citizens with relevant qualifications and professional experience can apply through offline mode by sending the prescribed application form along with required documents to the registered office of IIFCL. Vacancy Details

IIFCL has announced vacancies for senior-level officer positions in Grade C and Grade D.

Assistant General Manager (AGM – Grade C): 9 vacancies
Category-wise vacancies include UR – 6, OBC – 2 and EWS – 1. One vacancy is reserved for PwBD candidates within the total vacancies.

Deputy General Manager (DGM – Grade D): 6 vacancies
Category-wise vacancies include UR – 3, SC – 1, ST – 1 and OBC – 1.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be citizens of India. They must satisfy the educational qualification, professional qualification, experience and age criteria mentioned in the official advertisement.

For the AGM post, the maximum age should not exceed 45 years as on 30 April 2026. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India rules.

For the DGM post, the maximum age should not exceed 50 years as on 30 April 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per the official rules and Government guidelines.

The qualification requirements vary according to the stream/post code. Broadly, the advertisement mentions qualifications such as CA, CMA, MBA, BE/BTech, postgraduate degrees in relevant disciplines and other qualifications from recognised universities/institutions, depending on the stream. For AGM roles, the advertisement mentions a minimum post-qualification experience requirement such as 12 years overall experience for certain streams, including at least 7 years in relevant financial sector/banking/financial institution/PSU/corporate fields. For DGM roles, the advertisement mentions higher experience requirements such as 16 years overall experience for certain streams, including at least 11 years in relevant fields.

Candidates should carefully check the stream-wise qualification and experience requirements in the official notification before applying.

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates for AGM – Grade C will receive an initial basic pay of Rs. 77,950 in the applicable Grade C pay scale. The estimated Cost to Company for the AGM post is approximately Rs. 42.91 lakh.

Selected candidates for DGM – Grade D will receive an initial basic pay of Rs. 1,10,050 in the applicable Grade D pay scale. The estimated Cost to Company for the DGM post is approximately Rs. 58.25 lakh.

In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will be eligible for allowances and benefits as per IIFCL rules, including dearness allowance, grade allowance, local allowance, HRA or leased accommodation, medical reimbursement, leave benefits, gratuity, mobile/telephone benefits, children’s education support, loans and advances, and other benefits as per company rules.

Selection Process

The selection process for these posts will be through an interview, which may include psychological, technical and behavioural assessment. IIFCL will decide the number of candidates to be called for interview. Shortlisted candidates’ roll numbers will be published on the IIFCL website. Candidates may opt to appear for the interview in Hindi or English. Final selection will be based on the merit list prepared according to marks obtained in the interview.
