Recruitment Rules for the post of Assistant Manager (P/way) – 01 post
Pay Scale – 7th PC: Rs. 56,100-1,77,500/-.
Post Reserved for – ST Caste Category
Mode of Selection – Appointment shall be made by Selection, or on Deputation from Railway/Metro Railway, from amongst the candidate who possesses the following: –
Qualification – Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a government-recognized University/ Institute. The deserving candidates having experience of more than 25 years in P/Way maintenance while working in Indian Railways/ Metro Railway may be considered irrespective of their educational qualification. Such experience should include the experience of working as a Senior Supervisor.
Experience – 0 5 Years for Degree and 7 Years for Diploma in Railway/ Metro Rail in Track maintenance. The experience of working for/ with Major Companies undertaking Maintenance of Track in Railway/ Metro Rail will also be considered. The certificate of working for Major companies should clearly indicate the nature of experience as Maintenance of Track.
Age Limit – 61 Years as of 1.05.2021.
Recruitment Rules for the post of Manager (Training) – 01 Post
Pay Scale – 15,600-39,100 (GP– 6600); 7th PC: Rs. 67,700-2,08,700/-.
Post Reserved for – Open Category
Mode of Selection – Appointment shall be made by Selection or on deputation from Railway /Metro
Railways, from amongst the candidate who possesses the following:
Qualification – Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics and Telecommunication/Mechanical/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Civil or any other branch of Engineering relevant for Metro/Railways. In addition, full-time Post-graduate Degree / Diploma / MBA is desirable.
Experience – Minimum five years’ experience of working in Railway/ Metro Railway in Operation or Maintenance out of which minimum two years experience at executive level; Candidates who have served in Training Schools/ Institutes and demonstrated training competence will be preferred. The candidates having a working knowledge of Metro Rail Act and Rules, Electricity Act, Occupational Health & Safety, Quality, and Environment Standards will also be preferred.
The experience certificate submitted by the candidate should clearly show the exact nature of
Age Limit – 43 years. Age relaxation can be considered in deserving cases.
