Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Must hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized board / university / institution (established by Central or State Act)
- Equivalent qualifications recognized by the Government are also acceptable
- Important condition: Candidates having a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering are not eligible to apply
- Must have basic computer knowledge as prescribed under Gujarat Civil Services (General) Rules of 1967
- Must have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi (or both)
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 33 years
- Age relaxations for reserved categories as per Government of Gujarat / State rules
Application Fee
- For General (Unreserved) candidates: ₹100 + service charges (via SBI e-Pay)
- For SC / ST / SEBC / EWS / Ex-servicemen / PwD: No fee (exempted)
- Mode of payment: Online via SBI e-Pay (Debit Card, UPI, Internet Banking, NEFT, Credit Card)

Under “Current Advertisement”, click “View All” → select Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board (GPSSB)

Locate Advt. No. 19/2025-26 – “Additional Assistant Engineer (Civil)” and click “Details” and “Apply”

Use One Time Registration (OTR) if already registered; else fill all details afresh

Upload photograph and signature (each up to 15 KB)

Review all entries, read the “Declaration,” agree, then confirm your application

After confirmation, you will get an Application Number. Save / print the application summary & confirmation slip

Pay the application fee (if applicable) within the stipulated window via SBI e-Pay. If fee is not paid (for General category), application will be rejected.
