Stipend and other general information:
The Apprentices are eligible for monthly stipend as per Apprentice Act, during their period of engagement as follows:
- Trade Apprentices – 10,560/-
- Graduate Apprentice – 12,300/-
Age
Minimum Age 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 15.05.2026. i.e the Date of Birth of the Candidate/Applicant should be between 15.05.2002 and 15.05.2008.
Concession & Relaxation:
I. Upper age is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (NonCreamy Layer) candidates.
II. Candidates belonging to PwBD categories shall be given age relaxation up to 10 years, up to 15 years for SC/ST and up to 13 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates.
Applications which is incomplete or not fulfilling the criteria mentioned above shall not be considered “Eligible” and treated as “Rejected”. In such scenario company will not make communication in this regard.
Selection Methodology:
- Selections for engagement of Apprentices would be based on the merit drawn on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. In case of a similar number in merit, a person with higher age would be considered. No canvassing or influencing would be acceptable at any time and may result in rejection of the candidature.
- Reservation to various categories viz SC/ST/OBC/PwBD shall be given as per the government guidelines.
- 20% of the seat of the total requirements to be kept reserved for applicants from Ambetha and Suva villages of Vagra Taluka who are meeting the published criteria. In case of receiving more applications from these villages, their selection will be based on merit as defined above and seat allocated for these villages shall not be increased. In other scenario of non-receiving sufficient applications from these villages, the vacant reserved seat shall be allotted to applicants (other than Ambetha/Suva) in the order of merit as defined above.
