Educational Qualification
Candidates must have the following qualifications based on the position applied for:
- Structural and Precast Design: Post-Graduate Engineer in Civil or Structural Engineering
- MEP Positions: Graduate Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Environment, or ECE
- Architecture Positions: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Energy Analyst: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering
- Acoustics Design: Bachelor’s degree in Acoustics, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering
- BIM Modeller Positions: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Experience Required
Applicants should have 3 to 15 years of experience in engineering design and consulting firms.
Preferred project experience includes:
- High-rise residential projects
- Commercial buildings
- Hospitals
- Data centres
- Airports
- Public spaces
- Factories and industrial projects
Exposure to industry-standard design and BIM software will be preferred.
