Resident Project Engineer
Experience of handling Govt. Client and Project Management Consultant.
- Managing all kinds of work in coordination with HO and putting up manpower & resource requirement etc with detailed justifications
- Good Administrative abilities.
Purchase Executive
The candidate should handle all purchases / procurement of building construction related items.
- Working experience in sourcing / purchase of building construction materials and other allied products.
- Collection of offers against enquiries.
- Collection of material from vendors and despatch to various sites through various mode of transport.
- Coordinating with other department for payment.
Manager Project Coordination
Should have exposure in all the aspects of civil construction – Planning, Tendering, Rate analysis, Execution, Cost Review & Control, Indenting, Profitability and Liaison with the Clients.
Should have worked with reputed civil contracting companies and coordinated more than two project at the same time with over 50 crores value,or more than three projects at the same time 30 crores.
Should have qualities of leadership, co-ordination and liaison.
Willing to travel extensively (at least 15-20 days monthly)
 Project Manager / Project In Charge
Experience in conception, planning, estimation and monitoring of high rise buildings and townships projects.

Should be conversant with specifications and standards of building construction materials and construction methodologies, the standard test procedures and documentation.
Should have thorough knowledge in concrete technology.
- To carry out Technical supervision of ongoing civil work.
- To check the quality of all the materials (cement, steel, tiles, sand, etc) received on site and prepare quality reports, defects, if any.
Site Engineer
- Degree / Diploma in Civil with 8-10 years of experience preferably in commercial, residential and institutional building construction projects.
- Proper execution and commissioning of site work.
- Handling Govt. Client and consultant
- Managing all kinds of work in coordination with seniors at site & HO and putting up manpower requirement etc with detailed justifications.
- Ensure that execution of the Project leads to ultimate client satisfaction

- Working knowledge of HT & LT line. Substation work.
- Checking of FIRE FIGHTING works concept report and tenders received from consultants.
- Make comments, if any on the concept report and tender documents.
- Making co-ordination with supervisors and electrician deputed at site regarding services works.
- Site visit to check the quality and progress of the work.
- Cable selection and size calculation according to the electric load.
- Selection of DG Set and Transformer for the system with reference to calculated electric load.
- Preparing deviation statement for material / project cost for the services.
