1. Planning HTE

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Mechanical
Experience: 3 – 6 Years
Profile: Planning for Heat Exchangers, fabrication activities, project scheduling, MS Project, resource planning, cross-functional coordination, material tracking, safety, quality and documentation.

2. Planning RPV

Code: Planning RPV0626
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Mechanical
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Profile: Pressure vessel and reactor fabrication planning, project cycle monitoring, feasibility studies, active recovery projects, planning documents, AutoCAD 2D and scheduling.

3. Shop Quality

Code: Shop Quality0626
Qualification: Diploma Mechanical / Fabrication
Experience: 2 – 7 Years
Profile: Quality inspection, ITP preparation, material inspections, hardness, PMI, welding, hydro, pneumatic testing, Level-II helium leak testing, audits and supplier documentation review.

4. Quality NDT

Qualification: Diploma Mechanical / Fabrication
Experience: 2 – 7 Years
Profile: Level-II UT professional, ultrasonic testing, inspection supervision, equipment maintenance, calibration records, UT/RT training and NDT non-conformance management.

5. Design Engineering RPV

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech Mechanical
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Profile: Static equipment design of pressure vessels for refineries, oil & gas equipment, PV-Elite, ASME Code, API, NACE, mechanical design calculations, fabrication drawings and ARMs.

6. Design Engineering HTE

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech Mechanical
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Profile: Mechanical design of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers and Pressure Vessels for refinery, oil & gas, fertiliser and petrochemical industries.

7. CAD Design

Qualification: Diploma Mechanical
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Profile: Pressure vessel drafting, general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings, custom datasheets, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and UG NX.

8. Steel Melting Shop LTSSHF

Qualification: Diploma Metallurgy
Experience: 6 – 12 Years
Profile: Heat-related operations for EAF, LF, VD and VOD, alloy steel plant operations, stainless steel making, raw material monitoring, inventory management, process improvement and ERP systems.

9. Project Management RPV

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Mechanical / Production OR Diploma Mechanical / Production
Experience:
B.E / B.Tech: 2 – 5 Years
Diploma: 5 – 9 Years
Profile: Project planning, work breakdown structure, scheduling, customer specification compliance, engineering drawing review, test plans, resource coordination, client updates, inspections and delivery management.
