Pay Scale
- Grade-I (Pay Level-12): Pay Level 12 of Pay Matrix i.e. ₹101,500/-pm to ₹167,400/-pm along with admissible allowances
- Grade-II (Pay Level-11): Pay Level 11 with minimum Cell No.3 as per 7th CPC. Initial minimum Pay
₹73,100/-pm along with admissible allowances - Grade-II (Pay Level-10): Pay Level 10 with minimum Cell No.8 as per 7th CPC. Initial minimum
Pay ₹70,900/- along with admissible allowances
Qualification
All new entrants shall have Ph. D. in the relevant or equivalent discipline and shall have first class in the preceding degrees (Batchelor‟s Degree onwards).
Application Fee
The SC, ST, PwD, female candidates, and faculty members of SVNIT, Surat are exempted from payment of processing fees. The other candidates should pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹1000 (Rupees One Thousand only) for each application through the online portal only. The application fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances
