South Eastern Coalfields Limited, a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, A Govt of India Undertaking, invites online applications from eligible citizens of India for the following posts for regular deployment across different Mines/ Establishments of SECL. The candidates fulfilling the eligibility Criteria may submit their applications through ONLINE mode. • Mining Sirdar T&S Grade-C  – Rs. 47330.25
• Dy. Surveyor T&S Grade-C (Mining)  – Rs. 47330.25
• Assistant Foreman (Electrical) Grade С  – Rs. 47330.25

Qualifications for SECL Recruitment

Matriculate or equivalent Examination from any recognized Board of Examination.

Diploma in Mining Engineering of 03 years duration or Degree in Mining Engineering or other equivalent qualifications approved in that behalf by the Central Government from any recognized Institute.

Age Limit

The candidate(s) must have attained the minimum age of 18 years as on the cut-off date and the age should not exceed 30 years on the cut-off date. However, relaxation in the upper age limit of 30 years

• UR/EWS  –  No relaxation
• SC/ST  –  5 Years
• OBC (Non Creamy Layer) Centre List  –  3 Years

Application Fee

Candidate(s) will have to make the payment of Application Fees through the Online Mode as under:

• Unreserved (UR) /OBC- (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer /EWS  –  Rs. 1000.00/- plus applicable GST Rs. 180/- totalling Rs. 1180/- (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred Eighty Only)
• SC/ ST/ESM/PwBD/ Departmental Candidates/Female Candidates  –  Nil

How to Apply

• Candidates are advised to login into the official website of SECL by using URL https://seclcil.in/.>Career>Employment Notification for Direct Recruitment of various Statutory posts > Apply online. No other means/mode of application will be accepted
  I. Employment Notification is available in both English and Hindi. Candidates may select either
  of them at their convenience.
  II. Candidates are advised to go through the provisions of the complete Employment Notification
  carefully for assessing his/her eligibility.
  III. While applying online, candidate needs to upload the following documents: –
• Scanned copy of the recent passport size colour photograph (not older than 3 weeks in jpg/jpeg format).
• Scanned copy of signature with Black ink pen (in jpg/jpeg format).
• Scanned copy of Matriculation certificate or equivalent examination certificate or Degree or iploma Certificate for the post of Mining Sirdar & Dy. Surveyor (in jpg/jpeg/ PDF format).
• Scanned copy of Matriculate or equivalent examination passed from any recognized Board
  of examination & Diploma or relevant and higher qualification (Minimum 3 years course) in Electrical Engineering from any Institute recognized by the Government, for the post of Assistant Foreman (Electrical) (in jpg/jpeg/ PDF format).
• Scanned copy of valid Caste Certificate OBC (NCL)/SC/ST candidates and Income
  Certificate for EWS Candidates (if applicable). (in jpg/jpeg/PDF format).
• Scanned copy of Ex- Servicemen Certificates (if applicable). (in jpg/jpeg/ PDF format)
• Scanned copy of PwBD Certificates (if applicable). (in jpg/ jpeg/ PDF format).
• Scanned copy of competency certificate of Mining Sirdar/ Surveyor (in jpg/jpeg/ PDF format)
• Scanned copy of Gas Testing & First Aid Certificate (for Mining Sirdar only) (in jpg/jpeg/ PDF format)
• Register by filling up necessary details (Post opted, name, Mobile No. and e-mail ID and click
  on Submit Button)
• Check the User ID and password received on your- mail and mobile number after successful
  registration.
• Re-login to your account entering the User ID and Password received on Mobile No. and e-mail ID.
• Click on the option to go to application form and fill all the necessary details in the respective fields and upload all the required documents including Photograph and Signature.
• Check Preview of the Application Form and make corrections, if any.
• Press Submit Button and make Online Payment of the fees through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking (as applicable)
