Job Description:
Execution of all finishing items in Residential & Commercial project.
Execution for finishing requirements like flooring, painting, fixtures and so on.
Execution of construction as per drawings/details issued by the Architect
Maintaining good rapport with contractors & related agencies
Supervision of site, checking of quality of finishing materials
Interacting with vendors, architect and structural consultant at site
Surveying the project area, BOQ preparation
Maintaining quality of finishing items as per set standard
