Colliers are looking for experienced MEP Project Engineers, Managers, and Coordinators who excel in the following areas:

• Reviewing and analyzing MEP drawings
• Coordinating electro-mechanical activities
• Identifying and mitigating risks
• Ensuring clearances and compliances
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil & Electrical/Mechanical

Role: Project Engineer MEP - Experience: 6+years

Project Manager MEP – Min 10+ Years Fit out experience

Location: Bangalore

Roles and responsibilities-MEP-INTERIOR FITOUT

• Review and analysis all MEP drawing materials, Schedules/programs of work, etc.
• Coordinating all electro-mechanical activities with the various teams on site.
• Review the shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statements, delivery schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.
• Reviewing submittals prior to the submission to the consultant.
• Ensure the civil obstruction have been cleared to the MEP contractors with MEP activities.
• Engage with authority at the beginning of the project to ensure that all temporary utilities (power and water) are provided on time and do the same with closing out of project to ensure the disconnection of utility services.
• Ensure the harmonies working relationship between the contractor and the consultants, understanding that open communication and team work are to be promoted and that an adversarial management style will be detrimental to the project.
• Coordinating between MEP and civil drawings at the site. Coordination and attending meeting with subcontractors, contractor & consultant, client, supplier.
• Materials / Work inspection to inspect with a consultant.
• Day to day monitoring work and planning entire work.
• Monitoring of work as per specification and standards.
• Identification of subcontractors and suppliers& collecting questions & close coordination with subcontractors.
• Rising IR, IIR of site MEP works for consultant approval or in case of any clarification required.
• Attending authority inspections as per the project schedule. Attending all testing & commissioning of MEP service

Role -FITOUT:

• Project Engineer C & I – Min 6 Years Fit out experience.
• Project Manager C& I – Min 12 Years Fit out experience

Job Details

• Coordination with Architect and consultants for design development and site coordination .
• All stakeholder management and work progress monitoring onsite.
• Weekly and monthly meetings. with client and all stakeholders
• Delivering the projects as per clients agreed timelines.
• Quality control at all stages of the project .
• Checking the installations as per approved checklists.
• Attending the site walk for Handing over of project to the clients and rectifications of observed points.

Project Co-Ordinator – Min 5 years Fit out experience

Job Details:

• Overseeing snag list reports and documenting weekly progress reports. Initiating RFIs, MIR, and checklists as required.
• Producing project handover documents and generating detailed as-built, shop, and production drawings.
• Contributing to site projects for Allegis, Biocon, and Wells Fargo.
• Ensuring timely task completion within allocated budgets and schedules. Project scheduling and tracking.
• Material scheduling and tracking.
• Preparation of monthly budget.
• Preparation of project progress reports.
• Tracking of all GFC drawings, Estimates, Revised Estimates, & DPR’s which to be issued to concerned projects from Project Preparatory Unit.
• Reporting of all project abstracts (Buildings) monthly to higher authorities.
• Arrangement of site meetings, kickoff meetings and progress meetings of the concerned with Chief General Manager and minutes preparation. Scrutiny and processing of all external consultant’s invoices (who are entrusted for various projects support) according to stages.
• Identify potential project risks and develop risk management plans to mitigate them.
• Assess the impact of risks on project schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Seek opportunities to improve project planning processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and tools related to project planning and management.
• Actively participate in lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes in future projects.
