Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Ltd, (BVFCL) was incorporated on 5 April 2002. It is a Schedule ‘B’ CPSE under the administrative control of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Fertilizers, Government of India. BVFCL is the first plant of its kind in India to use associated natural gas as the basic raw material for producing nitrogenous fertilizer.
At present, BVFCL is in an expansion phase and has several new projects in the pipeline. The company invites applications from Indian nationals for the following posts on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis for a period of 2 years.

Qualification
- Graduate with CA or ICWA with minimum 12 years post professional qualification executive experience in line in a PSU/large private sector organization, out of which 4 years in managerial position; experience in financial accounting, costing, budgeting, taxation, audit, liaison with banks/FIs; SAP knowledge desirable.
- Full time B.E/B.Tech in Fire Engineering with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in Safety in a PSU/large private sector industry; specific physical standards and vision criteria as per advertisement.
- Full time B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in line in a PSU/large private sector chemical industry; preference for fertilizer/chemical industries.
- Full time B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in mechanical maintenance in a PSU/large process industry; preference for fertilizer/chemical industries.
- Full time B.E/B.Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication with minimum 3 years post qualification executive experience in instrumentation maintenance in a PSU/large process industry; exposure to DCS/PLC systems preferred.
- Full time B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 3 years post qualification experience in RCC/steel structures, building/road maintenance, civil projects, sanitary & fire water lines, tendering in PSU/large private sector; fertilizer/chemical/refinery experience preferred.
- Full time MBA / 2-year PG Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Labour & Social Welfare with minimum 8 years post qualification executive experience in HR in PSU/large private sector; Law degree desirable.

Candidates are also required to upload scanned copies of the following documents in the prescribed format and size, failing which their application shall be summarily rejected:
a) Matriculation Certificate / Secondary School Certificate for age proof;
b) Mark sheets of all semesters and Degree Certificate, as applicable, in proof of educational qualification;
c) Self-attested copy of valid Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) / PwBD Certificate from the Competent Authority, wherever applicable;
d) Divyang / PwBD Certificate, if applicable;
e) Experience Certificates clearly indicating date of joining and relieving, nature of duties, and position held;
f) ID proof issued by Government Authority (PAN / Passport / Voter Card / Aadhaar Card / Driving Licence). -
Candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria should apply only through the BVFCL website: www.bvfcl.com. No other means/mode of application shall be accepted. The relevant link for submission of the online application will be available from 16:30 hours on 13.03.2026 on the BVFCL website www.bvfcl.com under the “Apply Online” section. Submission of the online application will be allowed on the website up to 17:30 hours on 14.04.2026, unless modified by BVFCL at its sole discretion. The procedure for applying online is summarized in Clause No. 11 of this advertisement.

Candidates should ensure that the details entered in the online application are correct and complete. No modification shall be permitted after final submission of the application. On successful submission of the duly filled-in application and payment of the prescribed application fee, wherever applicable, the candidate will be required to download the system-generated Application Form bearing a unique registration number for future reference.
