Stipend
- A stipend of ₹9,000/- per month for Engineering Graduates (GAT).
- A stipend of ₹8,000/- per month for Diploma Engineering (TAT).
- The stipend will be paid in two parts, 50% by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) and the remaining 50 % by RINL .It is essential that the candidates have an Aadhaar seeded bank account that is enabled for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) for receiving the Government’s share of stipend from BOAT.

Qualification
- Engineering / Diploma passed out (in the years 2021/2022/2023 only) and who have registered in MHRD NATS Portal (www.mhrdnats.gov.in), which is mandatory.
- Candidates who have previously undergone Apprenticeship and/or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training and/or presently in employment elsewhere being registered for Apprenticeship Training elsewhere under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973, is not eligible to apply.
- Graduate(Engineering) Apprentices
1. A degree in engineering or technology granted by a statutory University.
2. A degree in engineering or technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degrees by an Act of Parliament. - Technician (Diploma) Apprentices
1. A Diploma in Engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in a relevant discipline.
2. A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in a relevant discipline.
Duration of Training
The period of apprenticeship training is one year. This is not a regular vacancy and the Apprentices shall be relieved on completion of one year apprenticeship training under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973. It shall not be obligatory on the part of RINL-VSP to offer any employment on completion of apprenticeship training.

- Candidates registered in MHRD NATS 2.0 Web Portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) only may fill the
Google form in the below link: https://forms.gle/Hi4mdhXCvvSv7K8PA - Before applying the candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned in the advertisement
- Candidates must write their name as it appears in their educational certificate of Secondary or equivalent examination. In case of change of name at a later stage necessary legally accepted documentary proof is to be submitted at the time of interview
- Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- Request for change of mailing address/category/discipline/qualification once declared in the online application form, will not be entertained
- Any canvassing or personal follow up with an intention of inducing the process of selection of
apprentice by and on behalf of any candidate shall lead to immediate cancellation of candidature. - The candidates are advised not to fall prey to any touts / agents in any way for this enrollment.
- No Travelling Allowance or other expenses will be admissible to the candidates appearing for the interview etc.
- RINL-VSP reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the advertisement/selection process if circumstances so warrant without assigning any reasons thereof
- Candidates prior to applying on the RINL website must enroll in the NATS 2.0 website (https://nats.education.gov.in).
- Candidates should check if their bank account is enabled for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) using the following link https://www.npci.org.in and check the status under consumer tab of the link.
