National Highways InvIT Project Managers Private Limited (NHIPMPL), a subsidiary of the National Highways Authority of India(NHAI), was incorporated on the 9th of March, 2021, under the Companies Act, 2013. NHIPMPL is proposed to be appointed as Project Manager of NHAI InvIT in terms of the InvIT Regulations. The Project Manager undertakes operations and management of the NHAI InvIT, including making arrangements to maintain assets held under the NHAI InvIT. The Project Manager has entered into the Project Implementation and Management Agreement regarding the InvIT Regulations.

Qualification
- BE/B-tech- Civil, Minimum eight years.’ experience in Highways/Road Sector Companies.
- CA/CMA, Minimum five years experience in Highways/Road Sector Company
- MBA-HR-Regular, Minimum five years.’ experience in relevant Sector.
- MBA/BBA or Equivalent, Minimum three years experience in relevant Sector.
