  • Key Requirements: Mechanical design experience with shell & tube heat exchangers and pressure vessels for refinery, oil & gas, fertilizer, and petrochemical sectors. Working knowledge of ASME BPVC (Div 1, Div 2), IBR codes. Proficiency in PVElite, Compress software. Experience with ASME Code Sec VIII Div 1 & Div 2, Sec II, TEMA/API 660. Basic knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and welding processes for static equipment manufacturing.

2. Design Engineering – RPV (Job Code: 0426RDES)

  • Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 2–6 years
  • Key Requirements: Static equipment design of pressure vessels for refineries and oil & gas. Proficiency in PV-Elite, ASME Codes (Sec VIII Div.1 & 2). Experience with PMC/Licensors/EPC specifications and industrial standards (API, NACE). Preparation and checking of mechanical design calculations, fabrication drawings, and material technical specifications (ARMS).

3. CAD Engineering – NU (Job Code: 0426CADNU)

  • Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Fabrication
  • Experience: 2–8 years
  • Key Requirements: Preparing manufacturing drawings for pressure vessels and heat exchangers. Proficiency in 3D modelling and drafting software such as UG-NX, CATIA, SolidWorks. 5. CAD Design Engineering – RPV (Job Code: 0426CADPV)

  • Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Fabrication
  • Experience: 2–8 years
  • Key Requirements: Pressure vessel drafting experience including general arrangement and detailed fabrication drawings. Close collaboration with design engineers. Basic understanding of ASME Sec VIII Div.1. Strong skills in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and UG-NX.

6. NU Design Engineering (Job Code: 0426NDES)

  • Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 2–6 years
  • Key Requirements: Concept generation and design of Special Purpose Machines and mechanical systems. Proficiency in 3D modelling using SolidWorks, CATIA, or UG-NX.

7. Proposal Engineer – RPV (Job Code: 0426RPRO)

  • Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 2–5 years
  • Key Requirements: Mechanical design experience with pressure vessels, columns, reactors, coke drums, and ammonia converters. Proficiency in ASME VIII Div.1/2, IBR standards. Familiar with specifications of reputed refinery licensors and clients. Skills in handling detailed engineering, material ordering specs, purchaser specifications per ASME and API. At least 1 year of vessel design experience. Ability to prepare proposals, technical clarifications, and manage multiple pre-bid enquiries.

8. Estimation Engineer – HTE (Job Code: 0426HEEG)

  • Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 4–9 years
  • Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of heat-transfer equipment and shell & tube exchangers. Experience in enquiry generation, bid tab formulation, supplier identification, drawing review, and overall enquiry processing. Knowledge of ASME Sec VIII Div.1/2, TEMA, API 660. Proficiency in PVElite, MS Excel, with AutoCAD/3D tools. Experience with major client specifications (Shell, Saipem, Saudi Aramco, UOP, KBR, Haldor Topsoe). 9. Manufacturing Shops (Job Code: 0426MANU)

  • Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Fabrication
  • Experience: 2–9 years
  • Key Requirements: Experience in pressure vessel manufacturing with knowledge of ASME codes. Planning and coordination of fabrication activities across all 3 shifts. Knowledge of project scheduling, project planning, quality requirements, WPS, PQR, and WPQ as per ASME Sec-5. Experience managing and mentoring a team of 30+ technicians. Skills in design calculations, GD&T, fits & tolerances, and drawing preparation. Experience in structural/weldment design; FEA exposure (ANSYS/Workbench/Abaqus) is an advantage.

10. Welding Engineer (Job Code: 0426WELD)

  • Qualification: BE / ME in Welding or Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 2–6 years
  • Key Requirements: Preparing WPS/WPQR and related documents. Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, SAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SASC, ESW). Proficiency in welding metallurgy (C-Mn, CrMo/CrMoV, MnMoNi, Stainless Steel, Nickel alloys). Familiarity with ASME Sec II/IX/VIII, EN ISO 15614/9609, API 934, API 582, WRC 452. 11. Quality – NDE Level 2 (Job Code: 0426QNDE)

  • Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience: 5–10 years
  • Key Requirements: Experience in planning and executing NDE activities at shops and yards. Proficient in preparing and reviewing NDE procedures, reports, and documentation. Strong technical knowledge in UT, TOFD, and PAUT methods. Level II/III certifications per SNT-TC-1A with preferred credentials under ISNT, ISO 9712, and PCN. Knowledge of ASME, AWS, and API standards. Basic understanding of pressure vessel fabrication.

12. Shop Quality (Job Code: 0426SQLT)

  • Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Fabrication Engineering
  • Experience: 2–9 years
  • Key Requirements: Experienced NDT Level-II (UT) professional. Responsibilities include UT inspections, equipment calibration records, developing procedures, certifications & audits, ITP preparation, and material/in-process inspections (fit-up, ferrite, hardness, PMI, welding, hydro, pneumatic, helium leak testing).
