Basic Eligibility Criteria

Role-Specific Requirements

Project Manager – Civil, Structure & Architecture

Candidates should have strong experience in civil, structural, and architectural works execution, along with knowledge of building regulations, design coordination, and site management.

Project Manager – Mechanical

Candidates should have experience in mechanical systems such as HVAC, piping, utilities, and related systems. Experience in industrial or mission-critical facilities will be an added advantage.

Project Manager – Electrical

Candidates should have experience in electrical systems, including power distribution, MV/LV systems, UPS, and high-reliability electrical systems. Data center project experience will be preferred.

Project Manager – Planner / Scheduler

Candidates should have strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, along with experience in progress tracking, reporting, and delay analysis.

Manager – Health, Safety & Environmental

Candidates should have strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and construction safety practices. Certifications such as NEBOSH or AK3U are preferred.
