- Junior BIM Architect – 1 to 2 years experience
- BIM Architect – 2 to 4 years experience
- Senior BIM Architect – 4 to 6 years experience
- Assistant BIM Coordinator (Architecture) – 4 to 6 years experience
- Coordinator (Architecture) – 6+ years experience
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to contribute across design coordination, BIM delivery, and model management. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage 3D BIM models using Revit for building projects
- Prepare conceptual, detailed, and construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Perform multidisciplinary clash detection using Navisworks
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders for smooth execution
- Conduct constructability analysis, raise RFIs, and help resolve design conflicts
- Work on 4D and 5D BIM for schedule and cost integration
- Generate BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project reports
- Convert laser scan and point cloud data into BIM models for renovation and retrofit projects
- Maintain model quality, BIM standards, and documentation health
- Participate in client communication and coordination meetings
- Support BIM workflows, standards, protocols, and implementation processes
- Mentor junior team members and lead coordination activities for senior roles

Eligibility Criteria and Skills Required
