Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Roles
Candidates applying for sales openings are expected to:
- Manage sales activities to achieve targets
- Handle lead generation, dealer management, and distribution management
- Support market expansion initiatives
- Develop strategies for new market development and brand promotion
- Identify opportunities for network expansion by building strong industry relationships
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth
Technical Services Roles

- Achieve conversions from other brands to Ramco
- Maintain regular contact with applicators and contractors
- Support the development of a strong tile adhesive and waterproofing applicator network
- Provide training on product usage and application techniques
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials at client sites
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical and service activities
Desired Candidate Profile
For Sales Roles
- 1 to 6 years of experience in sales or related fields, preferably in construction chemicals
- Good knowledge of:
- Channel management
- Dealer management
- Distribution management
- Lead generation
- Marketing principles
- Sound knowledge of construction chemical products such as:
- Waterproofing solutions
- Tile adhesives
- Grouts
- Epoxy
- Wall putty
- Block adhesives
- Plasters
- Floor screed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- English and Telugu proficiency is mandatory
- Willingness to travel and relocate
- Driving license is mandatory
For Technical Services Roles
- 1 to 6 years of experience in technical service or related roles in construction chemicals
- Strong understanding of technical service activities such as:
- Mobile lab operation
- Post-sales technical support
- Influencer management
- Brand promotion through influencers
- In-depth technical knowledge of construction chemical products
- Ability to conduct:
- Product trials
- Mock-ups
- Applicator training
- Technical demonstrations at project sites
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with dealers and influencers
- English and Telugu proficiency is mandatory
- Open to travel and relocation
- Driving license is mandatory
Qualification and Eligibility
For Sales Roles
- Any UG degree (Full Time)
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- Not mandatory
- Minimum 50% and above throughout education
For Technical Roles
- Diploma Civil / B.Tech Civil / BSc Chemistry
