Open Positions
1. Design Engineer – Mechanical
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Mechanical design for international projects
- Experience in HVAC, PHE, and Fire Protection design
- Familiarity with codes such as ASHRAE, ICC, IMC, CIBSE, SMACNA, NFPA, UK Building Regulations, BS, and IPC
- Experience in cooling and heating load calculations
- Knowledge of tools such as IES VE, Hevacomp, Trace 3D+, and Carrier HAP
2. Design Engineer – Electrical
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Electrical and ELV design for international projects
- Experience in lighting calculations using DIALux, Relux, or equivalent tools
- Daylighting calculation knowledge
- Power distribution design experience using Amtech, ETAP, Electrical OM, or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with codes such as BS, NEC, CIBSE, IEC, UK Building Regulations, and NBC
Required Experience for Both Positions
Candidates should have experience in:
- MEP design for international projects
- Coordination between MEPF services, architectural teams, and structural teams
- Spatial coordination and MEP clash coordination
- Clash detection tools such as Autodesk Navisworks, BIM Track, BIM 360 Issues, and Revizto
- Residential, commercial, institutional, hospital, parking space, and data center projects
