Rithwik Projects is inviting applications from experienced safety professionals for senior-level HSE and safety management roles across its infrastructure project locations in India. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with strong experience in hydropower, hydel, and dam projects.
The company is looking for skilled professionals who can lead safety functions, ensure compliance, manage site-level HSE systems, and support safe project execution across assigned infrastructure projects.

Educational Qualification
Candidates should have any of the following qualifications:

- M.Tech
- B.Sc
Mandatory Certification
Candidates must have the following safety certification:
- ADIS / PDIS
Required Experience
Applicants should have 15 to 20 years of HSE experience, preferably with proven expertise in hydel, hydropower, or dam projects. Relevant safety leadership experience in large infrastructure projects will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing HSE functions across assigned infrastructure projects
- Ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and company policies
- Conducting risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections
- Developing and delivering safety training programs for site personnel
- Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
- Preparing regular HSE performance reports for management
Key Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Minimum 15 to 20 years of HSE experience with proven expertise in hydel projects
- In-depth knowledge of the BOCW Act, Factories Act, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards
- Strong understanding of local statutory safety requirements and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Availability to join immediately
