Qualifications and Experience
Head – Production
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Production
Experience: 15 to 20 years
Preferred Skills: Experience in Ceramic / Cement industry in Production
Manager / Sr. Manager – Quality / QA / QC
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Sc. / M.Tech / B.Tech
Experience: 15 to 20 years
Preferred Skills: Ceramic, Cement, Chemical, Minerals, Steel, Refractory, Castable
Assistant Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – Production / Operations
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical / Production
Experience: 10 to 20 years
Preferred Skills: Experience in Production / Operations from Ceramics, Cement, and related industries
Assistant Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – Mechanical Maintenance
Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience: 10 to 20 years
Preferred Skills: Experience in Kiln, Mills like ACM, Pulverizer, and related equipment
Assistant Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – Electrical Maintenance
Qualification: BE Electrical
Experience: 10 to 20 years
Preferred Skills: PLC and panel management experience
Assistant Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager – Purchase
Qualification: Any Engineering Degree with SAP experience
Experience: 12 to 18 years
Preferred Skills: Strong technical experience with SAP knowledge
Senior Manager – Logistics
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 15 to 20 years
Preferred Skills: Road and shipping transportation experience
