Eligibility Criteria
Production Roles
For Engineer to Assistant Manager level, candidates should have BE/BTech with 3 to 10 years of experience or Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience. Solar cell manufacturing experience is mandatory.
For Deputy Manager or Manager level, candidates should have BE/BTech with 9 to 15 years of experience.
Preferred qualification includes Diploma, BE, or BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Equipment Maintenance Roles
Candidates should have BE/BTech with 3 to 10 years of experience or Diploma with minimum 5 years of experience. Solar cell manufacturing experience is mandatory.
Preferred qualification includes Diploma, BE, or BTech in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
Process Roles
For Deputy Manager or Manager level, candidates should have BE/BTech with 9 to 15 years of experience. Solar cell experience is mandatory.
For other process roles, candidates from the solar industry should have BE/BTech with 2 to 10 years of experience or Diploma with 4 to 10 years of experience. Candidates from non-solar industries should have BE/BTech with 3 to 10 years of experience.
Preferred qualification includes BE or BTech in Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering.
Quality Roles
For Quality roles, candidates from the solar industry should have BE/BTech with 3 to 10 years of experience or Diploma with 5 to 10 years of experience.
Candidates from non-solar industries should have BE/BTech with 3 to 10 years of experience.
Preferred qualification includes BE or BTech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
