- Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Mivan Structure (12–14 years)
- Senior Engineer / Engineer – Mivan Structure (6–10 years)
- Assistant Engineer / Junior Engineer – Mivan Structure (2–5 years)
Finishing Roles
- Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Finishing (12–14 years)
- Senior Engineer / Engineer – Finishing (6–10 years)
- Assistant Engineer / Junior Engineer – Finishing (2–5 years)
Supervisor Roles
- Senior Supervisor / Supervisor – NT (Structures)
- Senior Supervisor / Supervisor – NT (Finishing)
Foreman Roles
- Foreman – Steel (Mivan)
- Foreman – Shuttering (Mivan)
Safety Role
- Senior Supervisor / Supervisor – Safety
Qualifications
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- SSC / Intermediate / Any Graduation (for supervisor & foreman roles)
Key Skills Required
- Aluminium formwork (MIVAN) systems
- Drawing interpretation & execution
- Quality control & safety management
- Concrete coordination & finishing works
- MEP coordination
- Structural and finishing supervision
