Qa/Qc engineer

We are hiring a QA/QC Engineer – PEB & Modular Construction for projects across Bihar, Haryana, Meghalaya, and Nagaland. This is a full-time, transferable role ideal for professionals with 4–6 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within PEB, structural steel, RCC, interior finishing, and MEP projects.

The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality standards across all stages of construction. Key responsibilities include site inspections, material testing, welding and structural checks, quality documentation, audit coordination, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, IS codes, and project specifications. The role also involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and inspection agencies to maintain high construction quality standards.

Applicants should have strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection and test plans (ITP), non-destructive testing (NDT), and quality management systems (QMS). Familiarity with IS 800, IS 456, ISO 9001 processes, and construction quality documentation is essential. Experience in handling multiple project sites and preparing reports, CAPA records, inspection logs, and compliance documents will be an added advantage.

Qualification required: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 4–6 years of experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering with 8–10 years of relevant experience. Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, disciplined in documentation, and willing to travel or relocate anywhere in India based on project requirements. Strong communication skills, independent decision-making ability, and a quality-first mindset are highly valued.
