Lead Engineer – Design
The role is suitable for senior professionals capable of leading structural design assignments, managing teams, handling complex projects, and coordinating with clients, architects, PMC teams, peer reviewers, and other stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for independently leading the structural design process for RCC and structural steel projects. The role will involve working on diverse building and infrastructure projects across residential, commercial, institutional, mixed-use, high-rise, hospital, hotel, stadium, and airport developments.
The candidate will be expected to plan project schedules and budgets effectively, manage engineering teams, and ensure timely project delivery. The role also includes regular coordination with clients throughout the project lifecycle and independent handling of complex and large-scale projects.
Professionals will also collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, architects, peer reviewers, PMC teams, and other consultants, to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality design outcomes.
Project Experience Preferred
Candidates with prior experience in the following project types will be preferred:
- High-rise buildings, especially 40+ storey structures
