Candidate Profile
Hill International is looking for professionals with:
- Proven experience in PMC and cost consultancy environments
- Strong knowledge of MEP cost management
- Experience in pre-contract and/or post-contract functions
- Understanding of quantity surveying, cost planning, estimation, BOQ, tendering, contracts, billing, and commercial management
- Ability to work on complex and large-scale developments
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
