Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP and Fire Fighting services across multidisciplinary projects.
- Review BIM models, drawings, and technical documents for coordination and constructability.
- Identify and resolve clashes using Revit and Navisworks.
- Lead coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Manage project deliverables and ensure timely submission of coordinated models and drawings.
- Support site teams with technical coordination and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 4–7 years of experience as an MEP Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of MEP and Fire Fighting systems.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination workflows.
- Experience in team handling and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to lead coordination meetings and manage project deliverables.
- GCC project experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
