Eligibility & Experience (Role-Dependent)

  • Education: BE/BTech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent. For QS/Cost roles, BTech/BE with RICS/ICMS or equivalent preferred. For planning roles, formal training in Primavera P6 / MS Project is an advantage.
  • Experience: Typically 3–15+ years in the respective discipline. Senior roles (Manager/Associate Practice Director) may require 12–18+ years with proven team leadership and client interface.
  • Core Competencies: End-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, cost and schedule control, commercial acumen, contracts/claims awareness, risk management, reporting & documentation, and quality & safety orientation.
  • Tools & Standards (nice-to-have): Primavera P6, MS Project, advanced Excel, Power BI, BIM exposure (Navisworks/Revit basics for coordination), and familiarity with international project delivery standards.
