Roles & Responsibilities
Handle the civil preventive maintenance technicians and schedule
Create the RFPs and BOQs for civil work contracts
Monitor civil work contracts and coordinates with other departments
Handover and snag list follow-up on contracts and service orders
Follow-up on purchase orders and material and spare parts delivery
Writing of monthly reports and the job completion reports
Staff development and staff monitoring (safety, job completion, KPIs, etc.)
Civil work budgeting and monitoring of time schedules
Education and certifications
Bachelor degree in the same field and above.
Experience
Minimum (0 -5) years ‘of experience in the same field.
Requirements
Able to read and analyze Program/Project schedules.
Able to analyze and read RFI’s.
Analyze and study construction maps.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
AutoCAD
Competencies
Good oral and written communication skills.
High ability to work under pressure.
Good project management skills.
