Job Description
- Basic understanding of Architectural/Construction project lifecycle.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban).
- Working knowledge of Agile Project Management tools such as Jira & Confluence.
- Assist Team Leads & Agile Project Manager in implementing an agile framework for the projects.
- Facilitating team members in achieving the project goals.
- Conducting the Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, etc.) for the project teams.
- Monitoring project delivery with respect to quality, project schedule, scope, and timelines.
Skills Required
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with architects, engineers, and business level executives.
- you have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
- You are willing to explore & learn new processes & tools (primarily JIRA & Confluence).
- A good servant leader.
