We Are Hiring: Site Manager – E&I
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Site Manager – E&I to lead and manage site execution for our prestigious industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering and a successful track record in managing medium to large-scale construction and commissioning projects.
Eligibility Criteria
-
Education:
-
Graduate Engineer (B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation) with minimum 18 years of experience
OR -
Diploma Engineer (Electrical/Instrumentation) with minimum 20 years of experience

Preferred Industry Background:
Oil & Gas | Petrochemical | Fertilizer Plants | Cement Plants
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Define and implement the overall site construction execution plan, aligning with the master project execution strategy, policies, and procedures.

Lead the site execution team from conceptualization to project handover.

Supervise and coordinate site personnel, ensuring smooth and compliant execution of all activities per client specifications and contract terms.

Deliver periodic construction progress reports to the Owner/PMC.

Ensure adherence to Quality and Safety standards across all site operations.

Drive the project to on-time and within-budget completion by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and proactively managing site challenges.

Handle the review and management of construction change orders.

Authorize and approve all site management procedures and documentation for submission to the Owner.
