About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting architectural BIM project delivery, coordinating across disciplines, managing BIM documentation, ensuring model accuracy, and assisting project teams in following BIM standards and workflows. The position requires strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to work on international projects with quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• The Assistant BIM Coordinator – Architecture will be responsible for:
• Developing and maintaining architectural BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure proper coordination and project alignment.
• Performing clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks.
• Preparing design drawings, construction documentation, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
• Supporting BIM standards, workflows, BIM Execution Plans, and LOD compliance.
• Generating weekly and monthly BIM progress reports and project documentation.
• Assisting in model quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and project compliance.
• Training and guiding team members on BIM tools, standards, and best practices.
• Participating in coordination meetings and BIM-related project discussions.
• Contributing to process improvements and workflow optimization initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants should meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• Civil Engineering degree candidates are requested not to apply, as this role is specifically for architecture degree holders.
• Male candidates only, as mentioned in the hiring requirement.
• 5–7 years of BIM experience in architectural projects.
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM Coordination.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, BIM families, parameters, views, and schedules.
• Experience in clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of BIM standards including BEP, COBie, and LOD requirements.
• with AutoCAD and SketchUp will be an added advantage.Excellent communication and collaboration skills are mandatory.
