Rohan Builders is conducting a walk-in interview drive for experienced civil engineering and construction professionals for Steel Plant and Factory project roles. This is a good opportunity for candidates with relevant experience in industrial, steel plant, factory, civil construction, safety, billing, QA/QC, planning, stores, survey, and site execution roles.
The walk-in drive will be held in Toranagallu, Karnataka, on 3rd May 2026. Candidates with experience in Steel Plant and Factory projects will be preferred for most positions.

1. Manager – Projects
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: 15+ years
Project Experience: Steel Plant / Factory Projects
Candidates should have strong experience in project execution, site management, coordination, planning, and handling civil construction activities for large industrial or factory projects.
2. Deputy Manager – Projects
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: 12+ years
Project Experience: Steel Plant / Factory Projects
The role requires experienced civil professionals capable of managing site execution, project progress, contractor coordination, quality compliance, and project timelines.
3. Senior / Assistant Engineer
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: 4+ years
Project Experience: Steel Plant / Factory Projects
Candidates should have practical site execution experience in industrial construction, civil works, structural works, and factory project activities.
4. Senior Planning Engineer
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: 6+ years
Project Experience: Steel Plant / Factory Projects preferred
The planning role is suitable for candidates experienced in project scheduling, progress tracking, planning tools, reporting, coordination with execution teams, and project monitoring.
5. Manager / Officer – Safety
Qualification: ADIS
Experience Required: 5+ years
Project Experience: Steel Plant / Factory Projects
Candidates should have experience in site safety management, safety audits, risk assessment, compliance, training, accident prevention, and implementation of safety systems at industrial project sites.
6. Senior Engineer – Billing
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: 7+ years
Project Experience: Industrial Projects
The role requires experience in billing, quantity estimation, measurement sheets, contractor bills, client billing, reconciliation, and documentation for industrial construction projects.
7. Senior Engineer – QA/QC
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: 7+ years
Project Experience: Steel Plant / Factory Projects
Candidates should have experience in quality assurance, quality control, inspection, testing, documentation, material quality checks, and compliance with project specifications.
8. Surveyor
Qualification: ITI Survey
Experience Required: 6+ years
Candidates should have hands-on experience in surveying, site marking, layout work, levels, measurements, and coordination with civil execution teams.
9. Lab Technician
Qualification: Graduate
Experience Required: 7+ years
Candidates should have experience in construction material testing, laboratory documentation, quality checks, concrete testing, soil testing, and site lab operations.
10. Officer – Stores
Qualification: Graduate
Experience Required: 4+ years
Project Experience: Steel Plant / Factory Projects
The role requires experience in store management, inventory control, material receipt, issue records, stock verification, documentation, and coordination with procurement and site teams.
11. Supervisor – Civil
Qualification: SSC / HSC
Experience Required: 7+ years
Project Experience: Steel Plant / Factory Projects
Candidates should have site supervision experience in civil construction works, manpower management, work execution, site coordination, and safety compliance.
12. Foreman
Experience Required: 15+ years
Work Areas: Civil / Shuttering / Steel / Reinforcement

Candidates should have strong field experience in execution, team handling, shuttering, reinforcement, steel-related works, and industrial civil construction activities.
Candidate Eligibility
