Position Details
GM / Senior Manager – Civil Projects
Experience: 15–25+ years
Preferred Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
Additional Advantage: PMP / Project Management certification
The position is designed for experienced civil engineering professionals who have handled large construction projects and can lead project execution from planning to delivery.
Required Qualification
Candidates should preferably have the following qualifications and technical knowledge:
B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering preferred
PMP or Project Management certification will be an added advantage
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD
Knowledge of MS Project
Proficiency in Excel
Working knowledge of ERP / SAP systems

The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:
Industrial projects
Commercial projects
Corporate infrastructure projects
Utility infrastructure projects
Construction projects exceeding 5 lakh sq. ft.
Multi-site project handling from head office with field execution control
Contractor, consultant, and vendor management at senior level
Leadership of site teams, engineers, and multiple contractors
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and driving civil project execution activities across multiple project locations. Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end project execution from design coordination to handover
Managing contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams across multiple project sites
Driving execution through internal engineers and external agencies
Managing BOQ, SOR, budgeting, costing, billing certification, and reconciliation
Ensuring quality control, timeline adherence, safety compliance, and cost efficiency
Reviewing drawings, technical specifications, and execution methodology
Delivering projects within committed schedules and approved budgets
Handling head-office-based planning with field execution control
Coordinating with stakeholders for smooth project delivery
Monitoring project progress, documentation, and reporting
