Nippon Koei India Private Limited is hiring experienced professionals for multiple structural engineering, building design and Building Information Modeling roles at its Global Design Centre office in Mumbai.
The available positions are suitable for civil and structural engineering professionals with experience in reinforced-concrete and steel building design, BIM coordination, multidisciplinary project delivery, structural analysis, detailing and project leadership.

1. Team Leader – Buildings (Structural)
Experience: 12+ years
Qualification: M.Tech in Structural Engineering
Key requirements:
- Structural design and analysis of reinforced-concrete and steel buildings
- Preparation and review of Design Basis Reports
- Project leadership and multidisciplinary coordination
- Client coordination and site support
- Billing and business-development support
- Knowledge of Indian and international design codes
- BIM project-delivery experience
- Autodesk Revit Level of Development 400 knowledge
Preferred software skills:
- ETABS
- STAAD.Pro
- SAP2000
- SAFE
- Autodesk Revit 2022
2. BIM Manager – Structural
Experience: 10–12 years
Qualification: Diploma
Key requirements:
- Knowledge of BIM standards and BIM Execution Plans
- BIM coordination across architecture, structural and MEP disciplines
- Reinforced-concrete and steel detailing
- Clash detection and issue resolution
- Model coordination and quality review
- Team mentoring and BIM data extraction
- Experience on medium or large domestic and international projects
Preferred software skills:
- Autodesk Revit Level of Development 400
- BIM coordination tools
3. Senior Design Engineer – Buildings
Experience: 8–10 years
Qualification: M.Tech in Structures
Key requirements:
- Reinforced-concrete and steel building design
- Reinforcement and structural-steel detailing
- Structural drawing review
- Interdisciplinary coordination
- Knowledge of Indian design codes
- Independent project handling
Preferred software skills:
- ETABS
- STAAD.Pro
- SAP2000
- SAFE
- Revit 2022
- Tekla
4. Design Engineer – Buildings
Experience: 3–5 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.Tech in Structures preferred
Key requirements:
- Structural analysis and design of reinforced-concrete and steel buildings
- Reinforcement detailing
- Steel-connection detailing
- Knowledge of Indian and ACI codes
- Preparation and coordination of structural-design deliverables
Preferred software skills:
- ETABS
- STAAD.Pro
- SAFE
