Freesia Electro Mechanical Works LLC has announced new hiring for DEWA 132/11kV and above Civil Substation Projects in the UAE. The company is looking for experienced civil engineering and BIM professionals for multiple positions related to substation construction projects.
This opportunity is especially suitable for candidates with prior UAE experience in DEWA civil substation projects and strong knowledge of civil execution, quality control, project coordination and BIM workflows. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

- QA/QC Engineer – Civil (DEWA Approved)

Position-Wise Details
1) QA/QC Engineer – Civil
The QA/QC Engineer role is intended for candidates with solid experience in civil quality assurance and quality control in substation construction projects.
Key Requirement
- DEWA approval is mandatory
- UAE experience in 132/11kV and above DEWA Civil Substation Projects
- Experience in civil substation construction is essential
Candidates should be able to handle inspection processes, documentation, quality procedures, material compliance and site quality coordination.
2) Site Engineer – Civil
The Site Engineer – Civil role is suited for professionals experienced in civil execution and day-to-day construction management at substation project sites.
Key Requirement
- DEWA approval is mandatory
- Relevant UAE experience in DEWA civil substation projects
- Hands-on exposure to civil site execution, supervision and coordination
Applicants should be capable of monitoring construction activities, coordinating with teams, ensuring work progress and maintaining compliance with project requirements.
3) Project Engineer – Civil
The Project Engineer – Civil position is for candidates with project-level coordination and engineering experience in civil substation works.

This role may involve project planning support, technical coordination, progress monitoring, client coordination and execution oversight.
4) BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeller
The BIM Coordinator / BIM Modeller opening is targeted at professionals with experience in civil substation projects and BIM-based design or coordination workflows.
Key Requirement
- Experience in Civil Substation Projects
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and modelling workflows
- Relevant project exposure in the UAE will be an advantage
Candidates should be able to support model coordination, drawing integration, clash detection and project documentation workflows in civil infrastructure or substation environments.
Eligibility Criteria
